Billing and terms

How does billing work?

50% deposit when the project spec is signed. 50% on delivery. For projects over $20,000, we split into three payments: 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint demo, 30% on delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (ACH/wire) or Stripe. International clients are welcome.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded minus a $250 scoping fee. If you cancel mid-project, you keep all completed, working code. No refund on work already done.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The price in the estimate is the price on the invoice, as long as scope doesn't change. If you want to add something, we agree on a written change order before I do the work.

What's the scoping call?

Do you offer discounts?

Early-stage startups with a compelling product and limited budget: reach out, I'm flexible. I don't discount for volume or negotiating pressure.
