Patient-Facing Mobile Web Portal

The Challenge

MedPath's patient portal was desktop-only and required a separate login from their main app. Patients on mobile — 68% of their user base — were dropping off before completing appointment scheduling or viewing results.

Our Solution

A responsive mobile-first web portal built to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. We implemented SSO with their existing provider using PKCE auth flow and built a native-feeling appointment booking flow with real-time slot availability. Zero native app required.
